This is quite a long article, so my review took some time do. This is an outstanding GA; my only comment is that you are possibly a bit over enthusiastic about linking, aldehyde for example only "needs" (it may not need any) a maximum of one link in a section, not one link per subsection. Note: aldehyde is a poor example, "hydrated" was far worse, but its the last one I changed.

I suggest that you consider WP:FAC next.
