This is a work in progress. Beginning here with a basic outline. I'll return to enter http citations and more internal links. I welcome any help in doing so. I'd also like to add a more comprehensive section on EoC transmission technologies being used by the non-standard technologies. I will definitely need help with that since I do not know each and every one of the proprietary methods. As for the standards, I also have to get the specs on the TA work and add those. A possible addition could include the use of a table to compare station limits, line rates, and transmission rates, and scheduler or contention algorithms (CDMA, TDMA, etc.).Victorblake (talk) 03:36, 20 May 2008 (UTC)Victor BlakeReply
Needs more overview of non-CATV coax ethernet, 10BASE2 (ThinNet), 10BASE5 (ThickNet), 1000BASE‑CX, and comparison with other coax networking tech (HomePNA over coax, other similar tech, DOCSIS) -- 70.50.151.11 (talk) 09:44, 25 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
