I'm pretty sure the following aspects should be added to the article:
epistemological duties,
Locke's and Descarte's contribution to developing a deontology of belief,
doxastic voluntarism (regarding the question in the article, wether or not someone can chose to believe something:
"One might also ask whether people really make these meta-level decisions voluntarily.")
