The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Ethiopia–Russia relations/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.
To improve this article, Paul Henze's layers of Time would be an excellent place to start. I believe that part of the archive of USSR/Ethiopian communications is online in an English translation also. -- llywrch (talk) 18:16, 28 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Added a new section with news of Eritrea voting against Russia's withdrawal from Ukraine in recent UN resolution. Someone might want to switch out the source for a better one. Despite my sleuthing, I couldn't find the voting record itself on the UN website. The recently created Wiki page on the resolution itself doesn't like to the record either. Anyway, there seems to be a bit on recent Eritrea-Russia relations on news sites, so may be of interest if anyone wants to wade through it and fill out the section a bit.Cameron.coombe (talk) 23:02, 2 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
