Type specimen
editOn page 259 of the Telopea journal article, Johnson and Blaxell give "TYPE: NEW SOUTH WALES: Northern South Coast: 1km along Christmas Bush firetrail, off Nowra-Yalwal road, D.F. Blaxell 1244 & D.H. Benson, 6 Feb 1974 (holo NSW)." (The type specimen was collected by Blaxell and Benson in 1974. The holotype is retained at the National Herbarium of New South Wales.)
On page 261 of the same journal article - "The specific epithet honours Lawrence Langley, of Robertson, who first drew our attention to this taxon." [1]
