Atlas of Poland
editHis Atlas of Poland, first edition Vienna 1916, second edition Lwow and Warsaw 1921, may have influenced the positions of the frontiers when the Polish nation was recreated after the first world war. Maproom (talk) 17:41, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
Spelling
editBy the way - on the title page of that atlas, his first name is spelled with a J, "Dra Eugenjusza Romera". (I assume the final As are a case ending and can be ignored.) Maproom (talk) 17:41, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
Neutrality/Sources?
editHi, just passing by but I noticed this article seems a little spare on inline citations? The opening statement "the most distinguished" etc., also seems very POV. I'd love to see clearer citations in the article to prove these assertions.--Grapplequip (formerly LAR) (talk) 10:02, 12 August 2011 (UTC)
- You are right about POV, I did a little to reduce it in August 2011, it should be reduced further. I can't help with citations.
- I have put a copy of Romer's Atlas of Poland, 1921 edition, on-line at http://www.maproom.org/00/31/index.php. Wikipedia guidelines say that I should not link to it myself as it's my own site. But if anyone else feels this merits a link, I hope they will create one. Maproom (talk) 13:25, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
