I propose to move the lemma to EWF - the European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting and then start the article as follows:
EWF - the European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting is an organization dedicated to education, training, qualification and certification in the field of welding and related technologies.

- The editors (where did you all come from at once?) seem tone-deaf to these advisory messages, and if anything, have only exacerbated these issues.
