British English spelling needed in page title / outdated link.
editThe EU always uses British English spelling, so the page title should read European Strategic Programme on Research in Information Technology, not using US spelling "Program". Changed it in page content, but don't know how to change the page title. Can someone please review and do this?
Also, the link to CORDIS is outdated, there is no ESPRIT homepage at that location any more.
Project Direction
editFor most (perhaps all) of the time ESPRIT was not run by DG-III. ESPRIT was run from DG Task Force (a spin-out from DG-III) at least from late 1985 until it was subsumed into the new DG-XIII perhaps a year later (this document [1] in Sir Sydney Brenner's archives indicates that DG-XIII was up and running by December 1986.
