Implementation
editThe code snippet listed isn't an implementation of the even-odd rule... it returns true if the point (x,y) is on the edge of the polygon, not if the point is inside. I guess it could be called a partial implementation, but that depends on if you consider a point on the line "inside." Is it worth keeping the code up?
