Fair use rationale for Image:PoliceEveryBreathYouTakeSingles.jpg
editImage:PoliceEveryBreathYouTakeSingles.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 08:24, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

King "Of" Pain
editOn my copy of this CD (and iTunes as well), it lists it as being "King Of Pain," not "King of Pain." This should probably be looked into, yes? Elfred (talk) 04:19, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
- No, this is common. Many track listings printed on CDs capitalize every initial letter. According to Wikipedia:WikiProject Albums#Capitalization, prepositons (including "of") should not be capitalized. --jh51681 (talk) 01:19, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
LP
editThe LP version of this appears to be missing "So Lonely" Danceswithzerglings (talk) 14:49, 14 December 2009 (UTC)
So Lonely
editDanceswithzerglings says above that "So Lonely" appears to be missing from the LP. Well, not only that, it does not appear on the cassette or CD versions! It was added, along with the original "Don't Stand So Close To Me" and "Synchronicity II" to the Every Breath You Take: The Classics release. I will be fixing the article. See Discogs for reference: [1] --Leamanc (talk) 03:46, 29 March 2011 (UTC)
OK, I was wrong, also: "So Lonely" does not appear on The Classics version either! "Synchronicity II" is not there either, although I was sure that it was. Anyway, the article is now correct on both releases.
