I can't believe this has languished so long at GAN. It is an important article by a very experienced editor.

It is well written, appropriately and extensively cited, to what appear to be reputable works (this is not my field).

The relatively long lead is appropriate to its important subject. The article itself is also long but, again, the subject is important and extensively documented.

The article appears balanced, bearing in mind that I am not familiar with scholarship on Latin American politics in general, or Morales in particular, and I know this can be a vexed area. However, the article refers to different perspectives on facts, and documents differing views of his politics, which are good proxies for whether editors have attempted balance.

The article is stable.

I reviewed a random sample of around half of the many images and all are appropriately licenced.

I would normally find quibbles and edits to improve, but there simply were none that jumped out at me as I scanned this.
