Nuclearity and exactness
editHm, nuclearity implies exactness, not the other way around. In terms of CP approximations, exactness means nuclear embeddability into B(H). For nuclearity, we can replace B(H) by the algebra itself. Mct mht (talk) 06:09, 19 August 2012 (UTC)

editThe O2 embedding theorems in the characterization is due to Eberhard Kirchberg, and I believe so is B(H) nuclear embedding theorem. They should be referenced. I will dig them up if someone doesn't beat me to it. Mct mht (talk) 03:43, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
