Merger proposal

Moved as proposed. There is clear consensus as to the clear primary topic of the word, "Examiner". bd2412 T 18:06, 12 June 2015 (UTC)

Examiner (disambiguation) → Examiner – Examiner currently redirects to The Examiner (1808–86) (inconsistently with The Examiner, which redirects to this dab). There are so many publications with this name that it doesn't appear that there is a single primary topic. Thus the dab should be moved to Examiner.
