Solrad vs. Grab
editThe table in the current version of this article shows every SOLRAD mission carrying a covert GRAB payload. There's no reliable source for that, is there? (sdsds - talk) 06:06, 5 March 2009 (UTC)
Correct name of the program is Explorers (with an s)
editThe official name of this program is the Explorers Program (with an s). The title of this page needs to be changed.
- Done That's more of a requested move than a requested edit, but easy to fix either way. Thanks! --j⚛e deckertalk 18:11, 3 March 2014 (UTC)
Mission endings section: necessary?
editIs the "Mission endings" section necessary? It lists the years of recent mission conclusions, which can already be determined from the main list, and it arbitrarily starts at 2009 for no reason whatsoever. I believe it should be removed for not contributing anything new to the article. Yiosie 2356 15:41, 21 October 2015 (UTC)
- I tried to improve that section, but I don't know if its any better. I made the main table sortable but it did not put the dates in order of ending. Sometimes I try to update this article with missing information but the Explorers program is so large (in terms of missions) it can be overwhelming. Fotaun (talk) 21:53, 21 October 2015 (UTC)

Merger proposal
editA casual editor proposed the merger in July, but did not complete the steps required, so I'll complete the red tape.
The difference between the 2 articles is only an introductory paragraph, so the merger makes sense to me. The lists of Medium-Class Explorers (MIDEX) and University-Class Explorers (UNEX) do not have separate articles, and are currently unlikely to be forked in the future.
