Wrong Test reports in Hospitals

i am very much disturbed due to wrong reporting of lab tests. this is a big issue which not only effects psycological demage but as well as financial losses to a person who goes through it. i want to talk to some one from media like Mubashir Luqman of Express tv or any one who can help me to hilight this issue on media so the people can know about the hospitals causing demage to them.
