Where is the evidence that Ezekiel was born in Beth Qatraye? I couldn't find it in the Hellyer article cited as a source. All that article says is that he visited Bahrain. To the best of my memory, neither the Chronicle of Seert nor Mari mentions where he was born. If he was typical of most of the sixth-century Nestorian patriarchs, he would have been a native of northern Iraq.
