Fūrin Kazan (TV series) → The Trusted Confidant – According to the program's sales representative, NHK Enterprises (NEP), the program's official English title is The Trusted Confidant, not Fūrin Kazan. Tempjrds (talk) 05:09, 17 July 2020 (UTC) —Relisting. Ⓩⓟⓟⓘⓧ Talk 16:47, 24 July 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose Titles are what a subject is commonly called in English language sources, which is not necessarily an English title. In this case, reliable English-language sources seem to use the current title.--Yaksar (let's chat) 06:21, 17 July 2020 (UTC)

- Weak support: The article cites only two sources that are written in English. They are not very high quality sources, but both of them list the title as "The Trusted Confidant". —BarrelProof (talk) 14:42, 25 July 2020 (UTC)

- Oppose. I googled both titles and did get slightly more for the proposed title, but they were nearly all extraneous... referring to some other topic. There's no evidence to justify a move, the current title is unambiguous and common. Andrewa (talk) 18:51, 12 August 2020 (UTC)

Why is there a space in the title?
editForgive me if this is a stupid question, but why is there a space in the title?
The characters taken from the motto don't seem to me to come naturally in pairs, they're all on the same level as it were, so shouldn't it be Fūrinkazan? Or perhaps Fū Rin Ka Zan or Fū-Rin-Ka-Zan? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.61.180.106 (talk) 11:46, 27 March 2022 (UTC)
