The result of this discussion was inconclusive (no contributions). However, having expanding this article and tidied up the other, I realise there is absolutely nothing unique left that isn't included here in a more detailed context with regard to the subject's career. I propose to merge Billy Wingrove into F2Freestylers. The content of Billy Wingrove largely overlaps with that of the F2Freestylers article and could be easily merged to form one better article. The F2Freestylers also appear more notable, particularly with respect to Wingrove's career, based on news and online media coverage.
