Revenues and profits
editAlasdaircmunro removed the 2011 revenue figures and profits and explained on his talk page:
I have removed this information as I know from our finance department that these figures were incorrectly picked up and are inaccurate. These were wrongly cited following the submission of accounts to companies house and were not correctly analysed by journalists. Apologies as I didn't know where to reply to you.
The source in question is IFAonline, which for all I can tell is a reliable source. If they got it wrong, I'd like to see a reliable source that explicitly contradicts them, or a retraction. If we cannot find that and don't have newer figures we could use instead, Wikipedia is about verifiability, not truth, and we'll have to report what the best available sources say on the subject. I have thus re-added the numbers. Huon (talk) 16:15, 17 October 2012 (UTC)
what does FNZ stand for?
editI can guess the NZ but I'm not sure on the f and it doesn't say on their website. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.236.141.60 (talk) 02:46, 10 May 2018 (UTC)
FNZ does not seem to formally stand for anything in particular, however the company was originally a part of FNZC (First New Zealand Capital) formerly Credit Suisse as per [1] and alluded to on their website, which is most likely the origin of the name. OrangeMoa (talk) 12:10, 13 October 2018 (UTC)
