It seems to me that the terminology in this article is slightly incorrect. Surely GenVoca model M containing three features
M = [ a, b, c ]
models a *product*, not a product line, and therefore meta-model
MM = [ AAA, BBB, CCC ]
is a model of a product *line*, i.e. MM is of order (PL**1), not (PL**2).
