Can we lock this article?

edit

User “Alex” is attempting to reveal information about Göranson’s son, and he has stated in the edits that he is uncomfortable with this. ViebsChiev (talk) 21:35, 20 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

There is no user named "Alex", you’re confusing that with someone else. 2A00:A040:1A5:38CA:A86B:AD20:9DC4:DBC6 (talk) 21:41, 20 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion

edit

I've proposed deletion of the article. It's been around for some while and all we have for sources is one cite that verifies that he has an Instagram account and two children. A bio needs something to verify his notability. Feel free to remove the proposal if sources are added. Thanks.--Escape Orbit (Talk) 23:33, 25 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Thank you. ViebsChiev (talk) 15:55, 26 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
There are 26 articles on Dagens Nyheter (sometimes called Sweden's newspaper of record) that refer to him:

It shouldn't be deleted, but it must be locked, there is an unregistered user who keeps vandalizing this page with defamatory content related to the subject's son, out of a petty online feud, these edits used to merely (compared to the libel anyway) just be personal information that the subject's son was extremely uncomfortable with. My own searches about the subject's son can confirm they are indeed a YouTube personality BUT they are not a notable public figure, especially not by Wikipedia's own rules. The subject's son has also publicly asked Wikipedia editors to remove these edits (including from the archive itself) and lock the page before. Though, it must be noted this is an issue present on the Swedish page too.
This is not my first time dealing with petty online squabbles on Wikipedia, a horrible redirect of mine was used in what was not only an unrelated online feud but also a very personal one, I don't know if this is the same person who used that redirect or not though.
