Wrong infobox wikilink
editThe wikilink for the trophy she won in 2018 links to a wiki page for a competition that ended in 2007. Please fix this. (78.16.185.246 (talk) 20:28, 18 December 2019 (UTC))
Description of players
editThere have been a lot of edits over the last few days regarding the first line of the article i.e. "Sherrock is a female darts player". Of the 35+ other articles about women who play darts, very few of them describe the subject of the article as "a female darts player", they just call her "a darts player" e.g. Paula Jacklin, Gayl King, Maria O'Brien, Karolina Podgórska. This is as it should be - there are not "darts players" and "female darts players", there are simply "darts players" - as we don't have "doctors" and "women doctors" or "vets" and "women vets". Sherrock's was one of the few articles which named the player as a female darts player. MurielMary (talk) 08:25, 24 December 2019 (UTC)
- Same for Mikuru Suzuki, Anastasia Dobromyslova, Lisa Ashton, Trina Gulliver, Deta Hedman. No need for it say female darts player. JohnAustin316 (talk) 13:23, 24 December 2019 (UTC)
Whatever is decided about the lead, the fact that she was the first woman to beat a man must be mentioned as is. The edit (made multiple times) changing it to "first darts player to beat a darts player" was clearly insanity -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 19:15, 24 December 2019 (UTC)
Relationship
edit"Sherrock is currently in a relationship with PDC pro tour player Cameron Menzies." is not a good sentence. When did they start a relationship? Is the information out of date? (Fran Bosh (talk) 19:39, 24 June 2023 (UTC))
