Farmer City Native
editAs a newcomer to Wikipedia I’m trying to accurately contribute to my hometown’s history. I made a contribution that took a quote directly from my city’s history book (Sesquicentennial Celebration 1837-1987) and it was immediately removed. The quote described in about 11 words how the city got its name as it unique to the entire United States. Somebody deleted it minutes later. I will post the quote again. With a reference to the book. Thank you. Come visit sometime! EastatDawn (talk) 05:48, 1 April 2019 (UTC)
