Iraj Bashiiri: Prominent Tajik Figures of the Twentieth Century (2002) (pdf, 858 KB) lists two different poets by roughly this name:

Khojaeva, Inoyat (Farzona) (p. 146-147)
Khujandi, Farzona (p.151)
