Seems more like an individual's review than an encyclopædical entry. 71.251.129.165 15:03, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- Agreed. I'm going to try and de-POV it. 23skidoo 03:28, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
Move Request
editIt was requested that this article be renamed but the procedure outlined at WP:RM#How to request a page move did not appear to be followed, and consensus could not be determined. Please request a move again with proper procedure if there is still a desire for the page to be moved. Thank you for your time! -- tariqabjotu 22:55, 26 August 2006 (UTC)
- I don't even recall such a move request being made. And to what title, anyway? 23skidoo 00:23, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
- There is a merge suggestion that is still open, proposing merging this with Fatale (comic book). Would this not address the concerns? If not I'd not want this article being moved around while it still needs merging. Lets get it merged and then look into the naming of this. (Emperor 23:55, 1 September 2007 (UTC))
- I've been bold and merged the article with Broadway Comics along with the duplicate article. Merge was performed in line with the policy and guidelines noted in the merging edit summary. Hiding Talk 19:12, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
- The merge I proposed was to bring the two duplicates together not to mere it to Broadway Comics. I hadn't bothered doing anything with the entries until everything was fixed but I'd assume it is viable as an entry. (Emperor 21:20, 4 November 2007 (UTC))
- To my eye it's best merged into the company article. There was not a great deal of information in the article that was sourced, and if all that was stripped out per WP:V you'd be left with a one line stub. I think it best serves the reader and guidance offered on Wikipedia to merge all the articles on individual Broadway Comics publications to the parent article for the time being. I'm aware your merge request was to merge two duplicate articles, but I simply felt that based on our guidance with regards WP:BK, WP:NOT, WP:WAF and WP:FICT, and based on my own opinion as a m:mergist and being bold, I took a punt and merged five small articles into one more expansive and hopefully informative one. There were no huge number of incoming links to this page or any ot the others, and redirects and dab pages have been amended so the reader will still end up reading what they would have read before, so I didn't see a real issue. I didn't have any concerns that the merge would be controversial. I'm just trying to sort through the unassessed articles and where possible fix articles in line with guidance. Do you think there's any benefit in undoing the merge? Hiding Talk 22:07, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
- Not as it stands no (or at least, no I don't care ;) ). My main concern was that you'd got the wrong end of the stick on my merge request. I only turned up here because I was cleaning up Category:Comic book titles (this was the last of the outstanding main problems) and I suppose this is one way to do it :) If anyone cares enough they can expand the section and aim to split it off again when it seems like it'll make a suitable article.
