COI and POV
editIt appears that a major contributor to this article has a professional connection to the subject of this article--hence the COI. Also, the article seems to credit Rep Fattah and his Initiative with a whole host of Federal programs. Hence the POV issue. Logical Cowboy (talk) 22:13, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
"Fattah Neuroscience Initiative" appears to be a neologism only used in press releases by Rep. Fattah. This seems WP:PROMOtional. Logical Cowboy (talk) 02:24, 21 March 2014 (UTC)
