Looking at the article on Fay Taylor on askART, it is remarkably similar to the Wikipedia article. Usually when another source uses the text from Wikipedia to autofill an artist's bio, the text is used word for word which isn't the case here. There is a slight variation.
Is it possible the author of the Wikipedia article used the askART biography? Or perhaps they are both lifted from Artists in California 1786-1940 by Edan Hughes. I don't have access to that book. If anyone does, perhaps they can check. ThanksWomenArtistUpdates (talk) 01:47, 13 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
