According to the historical notes in 49 U.S.C.§ 32703, the only public law passed in 1972 that touched this section was the "Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act". That covered more than just odometers. As such, I propose that this article should be renamed "Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act" and the relevant "Federal Odometer Act" be subsumed as a section in it. --Syed(talk)05:53, 22 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
