The Fels Institute of Government may be a noble entity, but this entry -- as well meaning as it may be -- does it great disservice. It is bursting with self-aggrandizement, Point of View statements and otherwise unsubstantiated claims. Self-promotion may be appropriate in a glossy marketing brochure, but not when injected into an encyclopedia. Certainly not by an institution that claims to teach ethical governance. I shall leave it to the original contributors to clean this entry and bring it to Wikipedia standards of veracity. Otherwise, large portions of it will have to be deleted.
