Inappropriate Phrasing

In the section 'Experiences and Discrimination in the Workplace - Harrasment' there is the line:

"Female officers are viewed as more susceptible than men to be coerced into inappropriate relationships with prisoners"

I think this phrasing is wholy inappropriate. In the words of the US Justice Department "all sexual relations between staff and inmates are considered abuse" [1]. So by framing it as the prisoner 'coercing' the officer into a relationship it is akin to saying an abuse victim brought the abuse upon themselves. I don't think a wiki page should endorse such ideas.

After thinking about it I think the next line should be removed as well:

"In opposition to their male counterparts, these women are still covered by Title VII in order to protect them from workplace opportunity discrimination, harassment, and abuse in the correctional setting."

As it now references a deleted section.

Also it seems to be saying that the view that "Female officers are viewed as more susceptible than men to be coerced into inappropriate relationships with prisoners" was a legitimate one, and the only reason female officers were hired despite it was due to Title VII...
