Femme Fatale (Femme Fatale album) → Femme Fatale (Femme Fatale (American band) album) – match the naming of the main article Femme Fatale (American band), since multiple Femme Fatale entities could be meant by the disambiguatory term, such as other bands, movie soundtracks, TV show albums, talking book albums. 65.92.180.137 (talk) 00:39, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose. Disambiguation in disambiguation ... cannot say I have ever seen that before, and even if I did, I would not support it. It does not look clean at all. I do not see any issues with the current title. Steel1943 (talk) 15:08, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose This would only be necessary if there were another band named Femme Fatale with an album named Femme Fatale. There's no evidence that this is the case. --BDD (talk) 16:20, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
- Comment. Isn't the word "album" still ambiguous? After all, you can also have a photo album or a stamp collection album. How about Femme Fatale (Femme Fatale (American band) album (music))? Kauffner (talk) 02:31, 26 March 2013 (UTC)
- Problem with that is that that the word "music," and some other terms, are still ambiguous. Even better would be Femme Fatale (Femme Fatale (American band (musicians)) album (music (pop (music genre))))? That would work better. Steel1943 (talk) 03:22, 26 March 2013 (UTC)
- The purpose of this proposal is to match the name of the primary article, Femme Fatale (American band). Facetiousness reduces comprehension for those whose English is not the best. -- 65.92.180.137 (talk) 05:10, 29 March 2013 (UTC)
- I apologize that I came off that way; WP:SARCASM got the best of me there. Anyways, my point
, and I would have to assume Kauffner's,is that putting too many disambiguators in a title is unnecessary if there is a shorter way to do so without using more than one set of parenthesis. For this reason, I do not see an issue with the current title, and even if I did see an issue, I would recommend a different move than this to avoid redundancy in the title. For example: I do not know if there are any articles with a disambiguator that looks like Band (self-titled album), but if not, I definitely think there might need to be in order to avoid issues like this being brought up in the future. Anyways, my previous vote to "Oppose" stands, but with the aforementioned further clarification. Steel1943 (talk) 05:19, 29 March 2013 (UTC)
