Closure of FMR and sale of assets
editFestival Mushroom Records was wound up in late 2005. The recording archive was sold to Warner Music in October; Festival Music Publishing was acquired by Gudinski's Mushroom Music in November. These facts are now referenced in the text. A Google search will prove that the company trading names "Festival Records", "Mushroom Records" and "Festival Mushroom Records" are now owned by WARNER MUSIC AUSTRALIA and that the domain names "www.mushroom.com.au" and "www.festivalmushroomrecords.com.au" all redirect to the Warner homepage. I'd really appreciate it this information could be left in its current state. Also, the location given in the infobox is irrelevant, as the company no longer exists. Its former head offices were in central Sydney, then Ultimo, then Pyrmont.
