Name is Fin de la Guerre; "Finis Bellis" is a transcription error by Rudloff:
Johannes Rudloff: Die Einführung der Panzerung im Kriegsschiffbau und die Entwicklung der ersten Panzerflotten. In: Beiträge zur Geschichte der Technik und Industrie. Bd. 2, Nr. 1 (1910), S. 1–58, hier S. 2 (Digitalisat). Rudloff bezeichnet das Schiff als Finis Bellis, offensichtlich ein Schreibfehler, da alle vorigen Berichte Finis Belli schreiben, insbesondere Rudloffs Beleg Thurston.
