Contradictory: First half of the article suggests that only the two-gate IBM design is a FinFET - recently added information on DELTA suggests that FinFET is a generic term for two- and three- gate non-planar transistors. Is a tri-gate transistor a FinFET or not? Irene Ringworm 19:27, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
