I knew i should not preform original research including interpreting primary source. However, according to this conference call for the shareholders' meeting, the VAT number of the company was 01392970404. According to official government database, that company/number was "Data cessazione: 19/03/1986" and the name was "ISTITUTO PER LE CESSIONI DEL QUINTO SPA". That conference call stated "Fin-Eco Banca ICQ S.p.a. (gia' ICQ Banca Cisalpina S.p.a.)", which contradicted the prospectus that "GI-FIN" was the old name of "Fin-Eco Banca ICQ", while "ICQ Banca Cisalpina S.p.a." was "l'Emittente incorporava la società Istituto per le Cessioni del Quinto S.p.A. e successivamente variava diverse volte la propria denominazione sociale, fino ad assumere quella di “ICQ Banca Cisalpina S.p.A.”, apparently mean "ICQ Banca Cisalpina" is a subsidiary, instead of re-incorporation of "GI-FIN". Which further contradicted to other source, which the entry of BIPOP-CARIRE in Italian bankpedia.org stated Carire acquired Fin-Eco Leasing and Fin-Eco Factoring in 1990, and the "ICQ" is a separate entity which was acquired by Banca Popolare di Brescia in 1996. By legal person sense, Fineco may inherited from ICQ, but it seem it have some merit to mention two other entities Fin-Eco Leasing and Fin-Eco Factoring. Also, the 2002 Annual Report of Capitalia also stated that Fineco was known as "Fineco Group" at that time, which may had some merit to expand the content for its group structure, divisions and the services provided. Another source that may be merit to incorporate into the wiki article, which stated FinecoBank Banca Fineco SpA (FinecoBank) was born in the end of Seventies as a company specialized in factoring and leasing operations. In 1990, it was acquired by Banca Popolare di Brescia. as well as ICQ Banca Cisalpina S.p.A, the old FinecoBank, changed its name in Fineco Banca ICQ S.p.A., but changed also its mission.
