Varieties
edit"This wine was usually made by the Fino's who were a rich merchant family in the rennaissance time."
- Is this accurate? 'Fino' means 'fine,' and I couldn't find any evidence to support this bit about a 'merchant family' with that name being responsible for this variety of sherry. Hashashin 15:25, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
Flor
editThe new flor information added by Agne27 is great, but I think it would make more sense to put this information in the flor article, since it applies to more than just fino sherry. Hashashin 23:52, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- Well I tried to tailor the concept to its relationship with fino. I hope to eventually work on the Flor article and go into the more technical details and chemical reactions. AgneCheese/Wine 11:18, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
