This page is Algerian POV. Calling FLN "Algerian freedom fighters" is quite subjective, the French called them terrorists right? Wikipedia must not take part for one side. Moreover, the casualties seem exaggerated and coming directly from Algerian propaganda. It has never looked to me that Algerian fighters did well against the French army, except a few ambushes. Most time the French went on offensive, the rebels fled and hide like in all guerrillas. The author of this page must try to find non-algerian sources to balance the article and clean his text of too much pro-FLN opinion. Sincerely. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.93.165.249 (talk) 13:24, 25 November 2012

FLN literally means Front de Libération Nationale, ie: national liberation front. ISIS comes from "Islamic State" even if muslims around the world deny their "islamicity" or their statehood. It is usual for a group to be called by the name with which it identifies itself. I fail to see the relevance of this objection. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A01:E34:ED1A:D310:C794:70F9:74B4:C67C (talk) 12:42, 14 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
