2023 protests in Panamá

edit

Country-wide protests seek to curb the mine’s environmental destructiveness, overuse and pollution of water, and exploitative use of workers from the Philippines. Two Panamian teachers, protesting peacefully, were shot to death by an unlawfully-armed dual citizen of Panamá and the United States. 2601:19C:C100:40:1CA1:C6B2:8CE2:AC22 (talk) 01:12, 26 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
