Personal Note
editI live in Los Angeles, where the struggle to supply water is a major part of our history. I was surprised to discover that a city with one of the world's largest rivers running through it would have any supply problems, let alone serious ones...hence this article.
It may not be as dramatic and interesting as the California Water Wars, but I hope it won't be too detailed and boring for the average English-language reader. WQUlrich (talk) 01:43, 6 February 2014 (UTC)
