Second Hamdallah Government → First and Second Hamdallah Governments – since the First Hamdallah Government lasted a very short amount of time and would not be significant enough to have an article of its own. Edited request because the Third Hamdallah government was very different than the previous two as a "national reconciliation government", and so cannot be grouped with them.
