This discussion is mostly to remind myself for later editing, or for anyone else who wants to help improve the article.

▪︎Fiske's full name is Harold B. Fiske, as noted in "The Wobblies and Fiske v. Kansas: Victory Amidst Disintegration" (already linked under further reading, just need to cite it) ▪︎Unlike what the article currently appears to suggest, Fiske is never said to have "proclaimed" the I.W.W. Preamble, the record simply notes what the Preamble proclaims in & of itself. (From citation 1) ▪︎In the "Trial" section: the only evidence the state presented as to Fiske's intent was the Preamble. The defense argued that the Preamble does not imply any intent to take any action other than organize. (From citation 1) ▪︎A significant portion of the wording throughout the article is taken word for word (with minor changes outside of directly quoted areas) from the Supreme Court Ruling & other sources. It would be best to change the wording to distance the article from the source & more succinctly convey the information. ▪︎"The Wobblies and Fiske v. Kansas: Victory Amidst Disintegration" contains numerous citations not used in the article currently. It would be prudent to not only add it as a source, but investigate using the sources within to add more depth to the article. However it mainly relays the viewpoint of I.W.W. members who did not support legal defense actions, so it would be wise to seek out sources from those who did support legal defense actions, to maintain an objective view of the topic.

Feel free to let me know of anything you think could be improved upon in this article.
