Uh, is the phrase "Swedish flag defaced by a red cross" the right phrase to use? "Defaced" doenst appear to be a flag term, but some sort of vandalism? —Preceding unsigned comment added by FootballChaos (talkcontribs) 07:33, 17 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

In vexillology, "defaced by X" is just the right phrase to use, meaning "with X placed on it". Outside vexillology, however, the phrase has vandalistic connotations. --Palnatoke (talk) 07:53, 5 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

This over-tagged little article could probably be improved if a Swedish-speaker would check the sources cited in the SV and FI articles. Inofficial vs Unofficial

edit

It would seem that we are in a bit of a pickle as people keep changing and reverting edits just over the word Inofficial/Unofficial. Believe it or not but both of them are proper english words here are their dictonary pages:

Inofficial: https://www.thefreedictionary.com/Inofficial Unofficial: https://www.thefreedictionary.com/unofficial

can we just pick one and stick to it?
