- Well, the post-1969 flag is more Arab nationalist than specifically Islamic symbolism, but you can see File:Flag of the SPLAM.svg ... AnonMoos (talk) 14:52, 10 November 2010 (UTC)
Sudan and Libya
editThe current 1970 Sudanese flag is quite similar to the 1969-1972 Libyan flag. Did Sudan copied Libya's flag?

- There were quite a few similarities in the 1950s-1980s: The Iraq 1963-1991 flag was the same as the Syria 1963-1972 flag etc. The basic red-white-black horizontal tricolor is a Nasserist symbol of Arab nationalism... AnonMoos (talk) 02:51, 9 August 2020 (UTC)
