- Link arthropods.
- Done.
- Link fledgling.
- Done.
- "by the IUCN. However" explain IUCN before using the initialism.
- Done.
- "genus Tangara. Within" that's a dab page.
- Fixed.
- "and golden tanager. This" overlinked.
- Should have been golden-eared, fixed.
- "tanager.[7] All three subspecies are recognized" -> "tanager,[7] all of which are recognized"
- Done.
- "Zimmer, 1943:" why not in parentheses like the others.
- The parentheses are actually a way to show that a species or subspecies was described by the author in a different name than the one currently assigned i.e. the genus was different when the author described it.
- "weighing 28 g (0.99 oz)." average?
- That it is an average is mentioned earlier in the sentence: I've reworded it so that it is maybe slightly clearer.
- "have 7 other species' seven.
- Done.
- A couple of [clarification needed] tags in there.
- Gleaning was already linked, and I've added an explanation. The second tag is after a subspecies name which has already been mentioned, so maybe you could remove it if you think it's clear enough.
- Date formats in the references should be consistent, either DD MM YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD, but not a mixture.
- Fixed, all refs are now YYYY-MM-DD
That's all I have for now. The Rambling Man (Keep wearing the mask...) 19:42, 4 October 2021 (UTC)
