Very vague article
editThe author needs to do a better job describing this. Is it round like a comal or rectangular like a restaurant griddle? (I just did a Google photo search and came up with both shapes.) A photo and/or a couple of manufacturer links would be helpful. editReference [4] from "watching a meal being prepared live-action has become entertainment.[4]" leads to a commercial page advertising many kinds of "display cooking equipement" (in fact the term "flattop grill" does not appear there). The page *is* relevant to the claim it's a reference for, extolling the virtues of display cooking to attract customers, but doesn't look like an unbiased source...
