Name of the Abbey

edit

This sentence doesn't work: "Its modern name is Fleury-Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire, based on the claim that the relics of Benedict of Nursia were to be found there." I was just there this week. The name of the Abbey is not St.-Benoît-sur-Loire: that's the name of the town (or oversized village) that it's in. And the claim that the remains of St. Benedict are there is still upheld today. They've got big bronze lettering on the side of the abbey building facing the basilica that says "Abbaye de Fleury". I think the sentence should say something that agrees with the first two paragraphs of <http://www.abbaye-fleury.com/index2.htm>. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wegesrand (talkcontribs) 19:20, 6 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
