Someone please start organizing

edit

Can someone explain why the READ page's sidebar has the last piece of information being CURRENT STATUS, but in the EDIT page, the website is the last piece of information? Is there a glitch, or is it something on my end (e.g. browser, OS)? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ahelsinger (talkcontribs) 05:38, 9 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

The sidebar template itself is what defines the order in which the rows are displayed, not the wiki source in this article. The values to the sidebar template are named arguments not positional arguments. -- Bovineone (talk) 21:51, 17 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

This page needs work. Saw this company featured and am trying to improve but there's a lot to go through. The screenshots are way out of date but I'm not sure how to update that. Also everything is too verbose in some sections and not verbose enough in others. I did a google news search and there are a zillion articles mentioning the company but you have to sort through them to find ones that have details rather than just citing some info. Also the picture of the office is a little weird (is it one of those buildings???) and there are office pictures on the facebook but I don't know how to get them over or if that's allowed. Z codes

edit

Here's how FlightAware says San Francisco to Tokyo areas,

Mention what kind of codes they are. Not ICAO airport codes apparently. Jidanni (talk) 20:48, 2 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Highfly3442, first of all, see WP:BRD. You were bold and made an edit, but now you've been reverted, not just once, but twice. You need to discuss. You've now tried to add a wikilink to application programming interface as a header twice. First of all, links to headers go against MOS (see WP:HEADERS). Secondly, you can simply create a wikilink to the word, API which appears numerous times in the actual section (and that's where application programming interface redirects, anyway. And, quite frankly, this just looks bad.

In your other attempted edit, this is an article about FlightAware, not Collins Aerospace and not about Raytheon Technologies. Users can click on the link to find out that Collins Aerospace is a subsidiary of Raytheon, but to have it in the text essentially saying "is a subsidiary... {a subsidiary...)" looks sloppy. You can make an argument that the infobox could be changed over to Template:Infobox company, which could potentially include more of this information. However, make that argument here and let's see you're proposed changes first. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 15:44, 12 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
