I was reading Getzler & Payne, Company Charges - Spectrum and Beyond (ISBN0-19-929993-5) and in the foreword Lord Millett claims that the floating charge has been abolished in Australia and New Zealand. Is that correct? --Legis (talk - contributions) 16:23, 14 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
