editWhat should constitute an inclusion to this list ? Most flooding would be newsworthy at some level, so what other criteria should be used ? Extensive area flooded, regional (rather than local) ?(Should there also be a column for area flooded ?) Lethal flooding ? Unsure of this --Biatch (talk) 01:15, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
