Flora of the People's Republic of China → Flora of China – 1) China is WP:COMMONNAME and WP:PRIMARYTOPIC per Talk:List of airports in China#Requested move. 2) See Fauna of China and Wildlife of China. They just use China, not People's Republic of China. Sawol (talk) 08:18, 13 June 2013 (UTC)
- Support per nom, and matching the parent article China. --BDD (talk) 04:31, 14 June 2013 (UTC)
- Support per consistency with China. The current name could confuse some readers since there is no article named "People's Republic of China" on wikipedia. mgeo talk 09:58, 14 June 2013 (UTC)
- Support per reasons in the moving request.Fizikanauk (talk) 11:43, 14 June 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose - that title would seem to include Taiwan, which the page does not cover. See Geography of Taiwan#Flora and fauna. Sminthopsis84 (talk) 13:27, 14 June 2013 (UTC)
- Support per consistency with the main article which is at the WP:COMMONNAME China. Timrollpickering (talk) 20:33, 14 June 2013 (UTC)
- Support. WP:COMMONNAME, China represents PRC as a whole. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Marcnut1996 (talk • contribs) 00:36, 16 June 2013
- Support. There's reason for consistency to match the main article and categories, none of which, I think, imply inclusion of Taiwan in their scope. In the flora categories, we follow the World Geographical Scheme for Recording Plant Distributions which separates Taiwan and China into different categories. A note could be included in the article's description on its circumscription with a link to the World Geographical Scheme for Recording Plant Distributions. Rkitko (talk) 15:44, 23 June 2013 (UTC)
- Support. Keep a hatnote. Red Slash 18:40, 24 June 2013 (UTC)
